Circular 4/2008, dated September 11th, issued by the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), stipulates in its 4th provision that Fund Management Companies (SGIICs) are obliged to send successive semi-annual reports to the participants and shareholders of their investment institutions. It also foresees that these participants and shareholders may waive the receipt of such information.

This waiver is revocable, and participants and shareholders can contact the Customer Service Department of Gesiuris Asset Management to request the resending of the semi-annual reports.

Gesiuris Asset Management ensures the punctual delivery of reports by postal mail, even though this information is available in the reserved area for each institution on this website.
