Become a client

To register as a client, you can do so directly from your computer or mobile device via the following link.

  • If you are registering as an individual account holder, over 18 years old, and a resident in Spain, the registration process allows you to complete it 100% online. Thanks to video identification* and document signing via your mobile phone, there is no need to print any paperwork.
  • In other cases, such as for additional individual account holders or legal entities, the entire registration process can also be completed online. However, at the end of the process, you will receive an email with the generated documentation, which you will need to print, sign, and send back to us.
  • To subscribe to shares of Regata Fund FIL or Gesiuris Estratègia Mixta FIL, please get in contact with our customer service department.

You can also visit the GESIURIS AM offices at Rambla Catalunya 38, 9th floor. If desired, we will provide a device and assist you throughout the entire process.

As part of the same online registration process, you will be able to upload, in .pdf format, the additional documentation required by regulations:

In all cases: Proof of ownership of a bank account (in which reimbursements will be credited by default) must be provided.

For Individuals:

  • Natural Persons:
    • A photocopy of the valid ID (DNI) for each account holder (co-holders).
    • If underage, a photocopy of the minor’s ID and the representative’s ID, as well as a copy of the family book.
    • If a foreign resident, NIE + ID or passport from the country of origin.
    • If a non-resident, an annual certificate of residency is required.
    • Proof of activity (most recent self-employed contribution receipt or a copy of the latest payslip).
  • Legal Entities:
    • Incorporation deed,
    • Tax ID (NIF) of the legal entity,
    • Power of attorney document,
    • Valid ID (DNI) of the authorized representative,
    • Proof of activity (submit Model 200).
  • Bank Transfer:
    • At the end of the registration process, we offer the option to use the INESPAY payment platform, authorized by the Bank of Spain. This allows you to make the transfer directly, automatically registering the current account of the fund(s) you wish to subscribe to and the holder(s) of the fund.
    • You can also make the transfer yourself to the fund’s current account, which we will provide at the end of the registration process, indicating the name of the account holder(s) subscribing to the fund.
  • Cheque:
    • Deliver a nominative cheque payable to the fund at the offices of Gesiuris Asset Management.
  • Transfer from another fund:
    • In the documentation section, you must provide a statement from the originating fund.

Once the registration process is complete, you will be able to access the client area using your ID (DNI) and the password you specified during registration. There, you can review your positions and perform transactions online without the need to submit additional physical documentation.

* To expedite the video identification process, we recommend conducting it in a well-lit area without glare that could hinder the readability of your ID (DNI). For your safety, the Bank of Spain applies strict requirements for validating video identifications and demands clear image captures to authorize non-face-to-face registrations.

Existing Clients:

If you are already an investor in any Investment Fund managed by Gesiuris Asset Management and have access codes to the Private Area, you can perform subscription, redemption, and transfer operations 100% online.

If you do not have access codes, download, complete, and submit the application for the use of the Client Area to Gesiuris Asset Management.

By accessing the Client Area, you can subscribe to Funds you are already an investor in, as well as make a first subscription to a Fund you have not yet joined.

If you already have your access codes, log in to the Client Area.

If you do not have access codes, download and submit to Gesiuris Asset Management the application for the use of the Client Area.

If you are already an investor in a GESIURIS Fund, you can do so by accessing the Client Area. There, you can place your order and sign it digitally using your mobile phone.

If you wish to subscribe through:

  • Bank Transfer:
    • Once the order is placed, we offer the option to use the INESPAY payment platform, authorized by the Bank of Spain. This allows you to make the transfer directly, automatically registering the current account of the fund you wish to subscribe to and the holder(s) of the fund.
    • You can also make the transfer yourself to the fund’s current account, which we will provide, indicating the name of the holder(s) of the participant account in the fund.
  • Cheque:
    • Once the order is placed, deliver a nominative cheque payable to the fund at the offices of Gesiuris Asset Management.
  • Transfer from Another Fund:

If you are already an investor in a GESIURIS Fund and wish to subscribe to shares of another Fund, you can do so by accessing the Client Area. There, you can place your order and sign it digitally using your mobile phone.

By accessing the Client Area, you can redeem shares from Investment Funds in which you are a participant.

* Very Important: By law, it will not be possible to execute operations if the identification document of any account holder has expired.

It is essential to provide (or have previously provided) proof of ownership of the bank account to which the transfer is requested.

The ownership of the destination bank account for the redemption must match the holder(s) of the fund account being redeemed.
