You can use the Customer Complaint Form, which must be completed and sent to the Customer Service department at Gesiuris’ postal address (Rambla Catalunya, 38, 9th floor. 08007 Barcelona) or via email at atencionalcliente@gesiuris.com. If you submit a complaint or claim, Gesiuris will provide a resolution within two months of its submission.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution or if two months have passed since the submission of your complaint without receiving a response, you may use the “Complaint Submission Form – Claims to the CNMV” and/or contact the CNMV’s INVESTOR SERVICE OFFICE (https://www.cnmv.es/Portal/Utilidades/Contacto.aspx).
